I don't know too many disco songs that I truly like a lot but this one is really good musically. Plus I love how shirtless and sexy he is under that jacket. I can't decide which video I like more so you get both. The first one is better sound quality but missing the flashy lights and shirtless-ness. I think it's that organ in the background that makes it really good.
Such a gr8 jam! I wonder if he just wore the fuck out of that leisure suit or if he had a few of the same hanging in the closet (Ernest P. Worrell-style).
ReplyDeleteI love how in the 1st vid, as all the white-bread tourists start to gather around the bridge, he's completely thinking he looks ridiculous, and can't wait to get this damn shoot over with. He barely shakes his tail-feather for such a groovy song, but even his Momma'll tell you, "that's just George."
