Kriss Kross

My hip-hop kick is not ending

Isley Brothers + Kelz

This is kinda like The Closet but with the Isley Brothers... Don't mind if I do! I love that he pulls out a sword... not a gun.. a sword.

Candyman

and we pray and we pray everyday

I want to touch that guy's big hair

Skee Lo - I wish

I love this so hard

Ruby

I know I lose cool points for this... butt fuck it! It cracks me up when he pulls his head away from the mic

I love

One of my favorite songs by The Shaggs is their cover of Tom T. Hall's song "I Love" cause they just list things they love and they are all random as hell which is awesome... like tomatoes on the vine, burbon in a glass, and onions.

Here is the original with a stupid you tube video that kinda makes it less awesome.

Deerhoof - Red Dragon

I have been into this song as of late.

Irma Thomas Sings

I woke up on Saturday morning. Had some coffee and headed to Mad Platter in Riverside, spent a good hour or two looking for records. I got some good stuff but nothing too spectacular. Thank god I kept looking cause I found at the very end of my search an imported version of Irma Thomas Sings which is a reissue from Mississippi Records of her early songs. This is definitely one of my best finds. There isn't a song I dislike on the whole album. Download here.

Yes I am so happy!! I finally found out what Mad Lib is sampling in "So Much"

The Royal Jesters - I won't love you

One of them screamed in me ear

Every time I go to Apple Valley my dad and I end up nerding out about music and it reminds me of songs that I used to listen to when I was a kid. My dad has pretty weird taste in music. So here is some shit that doinker baby whitfords use to listen to back in the day.

I have no idea what the hell this is but I can't stop watching it for some reason. I am so confused by her hair cut. I like how the interviewer sounds mad at the end. "The answer to what!?"
